Keith Mann, director of Dynamics Search Partners and New York – based entrepreneur and activist, is an expert in many areas, including hedge funds, as well as employee strategy. Previously the manager at Dynamics Executive Search, in 2002 he started Alternative Investment Practices with them, eventually going on to establish Dynamics Search Partners. As a top executive employee search company, they help alternate investment firms with many staff and hiring issues, and Keith Mann is an integral part of that team.
Along with being CEO of Dynamics Search Partners, Mann is also a fervent activist and philanthropist. He held a fundraising event which earned over $22,000 for Uncommon Schools, a system of charter schools in the New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts that helps develop underprivileged students’ readiness to graduate college. In addition to the fundraiser, Dynamics Search Partners had already dedicated $10,000 to the Uncommon school system. Along with this, Mann also has supported the NYPD by sending one of their entire precincts lunch several times in the midst of anti-police protests that turned violent.
As well as these many contributions, Keith and his wife have also unveiled the Keith and Keely Mann Scholarship for Professional Achievement, designed to recognize the business leaders of the coming century. One winner receives a $5,000 scholarship to apply to their school tuition, and applicants are asked to write a 1,000 word essay on how their degree will help them achieve their careers.
Dynamics Search Partners, filling over 200 client mandates every single year, is one of the biggest staffers in the hedge fund industry. Working in the United States, Europe, and Asia, DSP offers incredible talent to alternative investment firms, and their many successes can be contributed to, in part, their CEO Keith Mann.
