L’Oreal Paris And Nicolas Krafft Has Shown Inclusivity Appreciation In A River Seine Event

L’Oreal is one of the world’s most distinguished products, especially in the area of beauty care and cosmetics. As one of the most successful global brand, L’Oreal has shown its appreciation for Inclusivity during last year’s “Le Defile L’Oreal Paris” which took place in September. The event took place right in the middle of the River Seine and was broadcasted worldwide. It was attended by personalities from different industries.

Top rated models walked in the runway featuring new fashion styles. In addition, they wore 70 new hair and makeup styles made by L’Oreal’s very own Val Garland and Stephan Lancien. Among the models who captivated the audiences are Eva Longoria, Elle Fanning, and Louise Bourgoin. Maria Bochet, who is the Paralympic Ski champion and the brand’s newest ambassador made her debut in the event. The 60-meter runway floating in the River Seine housed the event which was attended by other notable fashion personalities and Game of Thrones actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

It was a glamorous event broadcasted in more than 30 countries worldwide via the footage taken by drones. In addition, the event was shared to the audiences in the river banks via two large screens. The runway itself took four days to assemble before the official event. This preparation was spearheaded by L’Oreal’s competitive executives such as Nicolas Krafft. Krafft was the Vice President for Global Business Development until December last year. He is now the General Manager of L’Oreal’s Pulp Riot International and has been leading the team starting this year.

Nicolas Krafft successfully built his career in L’Oreal, starting his career in 2002. Back then, he was hired as the Marketing Director of the luxury hair product Kerastase, under L’Oreal. After two years, he was promoted as the Marketing Director of L’Oreal’s Asia region in 2004. Krafft became the general manager of L’Oreal in 2009 and has been promoted again as the Deputy General Manager in Eastern Europe. Receiving his degree in Business Management at the University of St. Gallen, Nicolas Krafft has shown his competitiveness in his works. He also took the corporate general management programme in INSEAD in 2006 to prepare for more challenging roles.
