Making the most of his 40 years in the financial industry, Graham Edwards continues to generate significant impact in the world of property investment.
As the chief executive of one of the United Kingdom’s largest real estate and investment management companies, Telereal Trillium, Edwards has developed the highest achievement in cost lessening, risk supervision, business transformation and more. He is responsible for administering the company’s policies, approach and direction (Relationshipscience).
Under his leadership and guidance, Telereal Trillium has established a UK-wide portfolio of more than 8,000 properties, with a total floor area of 86 million square feet in property partnerships investment, expansion and strategic land.
Graham Edwards has held the position of CEO at Telereal since it was launched in 2001. He oversaw a 30-year deal with BT Plc, formerly British Telecom, in which the newly created Telereal acquired 6,700 properties.
And in 2009, under Edwards guidance, Telereal acquired Trillium from Land Securities Group. The deal called attention to the company as a leader in property outsourcing.
Under Edwards direction, the company has focused on delivering clear-cut and basic solutions to its customers for the complicated real estate issues. Among the clients of Telereal Trillium are Virgin Media, Barclays and The Department for Work and Pensions.
The private company, which is based in London, has been recognized with the Investors in People award, The Norwood Property Lunch Property Deal of the Year award and the 2016 Tomorrow’s People Awards ‘Corporate Supporter of the Year.’
The work of Graham Edwards prior to Telereal Trillium took in chief investment officer of Talisman Global Asset Management as well as fund manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Management.
He graduated from Cambridge University and is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
